Refund Eligibility

flarenquosiva understands that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your financial education experience. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.

You may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if you meet our eligibility criteria outlined below.

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 30 days of original purchase date
  • Less than 25% of course content has been accessed or downloaded
  • No certificates of completion have been issued
  • Original payment method is still valid and accessible
  • Account is in good standing with no policy violations

We've streamlined our refund process to make it as straightforward as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund:

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We'll verify your eligibility and may ask for additional information if needed.

Once approved, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive confirmation via email with tracking details.

Refund Completion

Funds will appear in your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Payment Methods & Processing

We process refunds back to your original payment method whenever possible. Different payment methods have varying processing times:

  • Credit cards: 5-7 business days to process, 1-2 billing cycles to appear
  • Debit cards: 3-5 business days to process and appear
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days to process and appear
  • Bank transfers: 7-10 business days to process and appear

In rare cases where the original payment method is no longer valid, we may issue a credit to your flarenquosiva account or arrange an alternative refund method. We'll always communicate with you about any changes to the standard refund process.

Please note that processing fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. While our standard policy applies in most cases, we may consider refunds outside normal parameters for:

  • Technical issues preventing course access for extended periods
  • Significant changes to course content after purchase
  • Medical emergencies or family circumstances
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Each special circumstance is reviewed individually by our customer service team. We'll work with you to find a fair solution that takes your specific situation into account.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Completed courses where certificates have been issued
  • One-on-one coaching sessions that have been conducted
  • Physical materials that have been shipped
  • Access to live events or webinars that have concluded
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
